The upper is woven from a natural yarn with an open, textured surface — subtle in the light, dry to the touch. The weave runs evenly through the vamp and quarters, holding its shape without stiffness.

Underfoot, the braided jute sole keeps the shoe light and flexible, easing into the shape of the foot with wear. A hemp rope insole sits beneath, and a thin rubber outsole grounds it for everyday streets.

Breathable and unlined at the vamp, it works through warm weather without heaviness — a shoe built to be worn barefoot or with a fine sock, and to loosen gently over a season.
